you cannot know how much i admire you. you raised your eight children with laughter & tears, frustration & triumph. your loving strength has been my guide throughout the phases of my adult life: as i became a wife & mother my own children.

whatever mistakes you made, you made them with love. whatever mistakes I made, they were not your fault. but you have been a big part of my success in life. i am happy because you love me. you & daddy live like a flame inside me, inside your grandchildren.

Recent assignment on Spring Salads! These were really really yummy  - I couldn't believe how healthy & low-cal the recipes are. I've added chicken & quinoa salad with red grapes + shrimp & orzo with artichoke salads to my regular lunches here in the studio.
